Waffles (And Then Some) is a toasty 2D platformer where you play as a mustached waffle and soak up syrup, butter, and water to navigate 17 levels. Burn yourself to get a crusty layer of protection to survive impacts from otherwise fatal obstacles. When the heat gets to be too much, use water to get soggy and avoid turning to ash. Absorb syrup to slide down walls more slowly and carmelize under fire. Butter yourself up to become hyper-flammable and squeeze through small openings.
Each level contains 4 ingredients to collect that open up a bonus path where you can combine them to bake a breakfast food item. The quest in search of a morsel like yourself is not an easy one.
The game supports XInput controllers such as Xbox 360 controllers.
The game should only be opened in Unity 4.3, as changes to the 2D physics in later versions break some objects using slider joints. The scripts will also not compile with Unity 2018.2 or later because of the deprecation of UnityScript. Music has been removed from the project to reduce the size of it.
